Crunches:

We have to lay down on a mat on the floor, and then knees should be bended in a proper way so that feet will be on the floor. Next hands will be curled behind head, after that shoulders should be lifted slowly. This time neck should not pulled upwards. So during this time concentration level should be very high. Shoulder blades will be lifted off the mat. We have to hold the position for 2 seconds. We have to do 3 sets of 30 reps. There should be very small gap between sets.

Cable Crunches:
We have to set a double-rope at the cable machine. It will be planted with the aid of knees on the floor, and then we have to grab the ropes with both hands. After that it will be locked into the sides of head. Next elbows should be brought down slowly. Then the position will be raised where torso will be parallel to the floor. We have to do 3 sets of 25-30 reps at a gentle weight. We have to gain knowledge about Ab Workouts .

Knee ups:
We have to sit on the edge of a bench, this time steady balance should be maintained. Legs will be extended outward, pulled knees into our chest. Next abdominal muscles will be squeezed during the contraction. We have to hold this position for 2 seconds; next legs will be extended slowly before repeating this motion. We have to do 3 sets of 25 reps for this.
