Learning How-To Achieve Financial Freedom
Being able to work from home and achieve financial freedom are two of my biggest dreams. Both dreams are shared with thousands of other people around the world. Is it possible to work from home, take care of a family and household, and still earn enough to declare yourself financially free?
This lens will discuss the various ways to earn an income online, the best ways to budget your money, pay off your debts and invest for the future. Consider this lens a constant work in process since I will be updating it weekly.

Get Paid To Sites - Is There Money To Be Made?
Most of these sites are free although there are sites popping up that charge you to join their sites. Never pay money to join a GPT site. The reason people are drawn to GPT sites is the promise of easy money by performing simple tasks. In reality, it would take many many hours to make any real money at these sites. I did an experiment where I spent an hour a day on one site. I ended up making $14.10. That equals a pathetic .47 cents an hour! Would anyone really work for a wage like that?
Each survey, email, link or page is worth a certain amount (or certain range). Each GPT site has their own minimum payout as well as a referral system that gives you a way to make even more money through getting other people to sign up.
Unfortunately, it can be difficult to get an honest review of any of these sites since most reviews are written to try and get you to sign up. I have tried a lot of these sites and don't bother with most of them. The turnaround for these sites can be ridiculous. There were times the site would go out of business before I would earn enough money to cash out. Mostly I don't bother with this type of work at home opportunity since the amount of money you can make is tiny compared to the time it takes to make it and I'm not good at signing up referrals (I think I'm too honest).
I would only recommend these sites for people who want to work the referral angle. In my research I have found that CashCrate has the best referral system and the friendliest format (it's very easy to find the offers you want). I have made about $18 or $19 in a month without referrals so the site might be okay for you if you just want a little pocket money too.
I had heard good things about Fairy Tale Treasures too but personally I found the site and the survey format very confusing to follow so I won't be referring anyone to Fairy Tale Treasures. If you are interested in more GPT sites, you can find tons of them through the search engines. Just beware of positive reviews that are only out for your referral.
