- Acid Reflux is AWFUL! Hate it! I found out, through diet elimination, that coffee triggered it in me. I gave up coffee for a few years until I stumbled upon Tylers Coffees (www.tylerscoffees.com), its acid free so it doesn't upset sensitive stomachs! If coffee is one of your trigger foods give them a go!
