This is in fact the best book I have read thus far. In the book, the author reveals on how his recommended diet and supplements could eventully give you a clearer complexion. In addition, there are a few chapters that explain about why some familiar acne cleansers (geez, I still have some of them at home) could worsen skin conditions, leading to even more oubreaks. This is in fact quite true. Though I took a longer time to see improvments in my skin (might be because I was off the regime for nearly a week), however, the regime does work. Slowly, for about a month, I have seen my skin became clearer. To date, I'm still following the regime stated in the book.

Written by a dermatologist, as well as a former Acne sufferer himself. Overall, the book is quite brief, straight to the point I would say. If you are a person who does not like lengthy reading, alright, this is the book for you. I did not really try out the steps written on the book, whereby all reviews were given by my friends who purchased this book. I asked them to rate the book from 1 to 5 stars, and 4 was what I got from them. Feedbacks from them were that steps were easy to follow, however, required at least a mth to 2 to observe clearer skin. Hmm...seems like I would'nt recommend this book to people who are eager to see results in a short time. 56 days guarantee...okay..reasonable.
