The famous apple fast for acne. Yes, its a scam. I know it has tons of testimonials, the guy was even apparently on TV. Unfortunately, his solution only involves eating apples for 3 days and doing a series of bowel flushes.

Now the concept in itself isn't that bad, it concentrates on eliminating the toxins in the body and flushing out all the crap that's been accumulating for years and years. This is why it has potential to work. That being said, I believe even the author would admit that its not a long term solution.

Not to mention, you don't get rid of acne in 3 days, it takes MUCH longer for your body to react. Now it is possible to eliminate acne, it usually takes a few weeks depending on how messed up your body was previously. Once you can detoxify yourself, adopt a normal non-drastic routine and your body is in a balanced state, your acne will simply fade away naturally.

Don't expect miracles, it takes hard work. Luckily though, people have written out, step by step, how to proceed. So although it may take a few weeks, you can achieve your goal of being acne free.

Nature's way AKN did help but wasn't as strong as Zenmed's.

And finally, Skin & Hair helped a lot and I was able to use it for a longer period of time. I suspect it is because one of the main ingredients inside is MSM and this is actually something that our body needs on a regular basis.
