But as I kept reading, I realized one thing very important.
Acne IS NOT A DISEASE!
...Shocked? I was too!
Here's how it goes... Your body has internal problems that need to be cured, but the body can't speak for itself right?
And that's where acne comes in. Acne is a signal representing a much bigger problem that is growing inside your body. (When I read about this, I went like WTF???)
It gave me a whole new idea about acne. As I kept reading, Mike went on to promise that he will take me through a complete detox program that will flush out all my internal problems that will automatically remove my acne and also rejuvenate a whole new me.
Now I was skeptical about this. I mean, if the dermatologists have never mentioned anything about this, why is this "Mike Walden Character" blabbering about all the internal problems and stuff?
Why couldn't there be a quick fix for acne?
Well, I was told in the book that the only people who will succeed are the ones who take action on what he has instructed us to do in a step by step manner.
He gave me two options to follow in the book. One was the quick cure for acne, and the other was the long term cure for all internal problems (including Acne).
...obviously I chose the quick cure for acne.
Now I am in week 5 of the program, and you will be surprised if you saw the difference in me. I still have two to three spots left.

Three Things I Hate About Acne No More.
This may sound stupid to you, but I hate this part of Acne No More.
1. It is more than 220 pages long. This book alone took me 2 days to complete. So if you are not the reader type, I suggest you find someone else to make a movie for you ;)
2. It requires following some routines that will require resisting the urge for certain foods. I love those food and two days without these drove me nuts!
3. It has too much information to understand all at once. It requires you to read it thoroughly at least twice before taking action on it. So once again, the 220 page thingy makes this part a big problem!
If you can withstand these problems, there is no doubt, Acne No More can help you cure acne the way it helped me cure mine.
