I absolutely love P90X and Tony Horton's Ab Ripper X but I feel like there were a few workouts missing in the program for core and abdominal muscles. I wanted to share with you some add on workouts that will target your lower abs and get you more ripped than ab ripper x.

Here are 4 great ab exercises that will get you absolutely ripped
Hey Everyone most of you know that I am a big fan of P90X and use it everyday to keep in Shape. A lot of you have been asking if I do anything other than P90X for my six pack. Here are the add ab exercises I do with P90X ab ripper x.

#1- Hanging Windmills
This ab exercise targets the lower ab muscles and obliques and is a great workout. I usually try and do at least 3 sets of 10. I call this Hanging Windmills or windshield wipers.

#2- Hanging Leg Lifts with Upward Thrust
This Ab Exercise will get you a great six pack and maybe even a eight pack. It focuses on the lower abdominal muscles and really tightens up your hole core. It is a real head turner in the gym as well. If you can't do it with strait legs yet start with your knees bent and slowly straiten your legs more and more.

#3- Knee and Leg raises on dip bar
This is a great workout to do if you are spent and you cant do the hanging windmills or the hanging leg raises. It focuses on your whole core and also gets your arm muscles from holding yourself up.

#4 Rocky Balboa leg lifts
I got this lower ab exercise from the Rocky Movie where he is training caveman style in Russia in the snow and stuff. It is an extremely advanced workout but if you can do it pat yourself on the back. If you are doing P90X you are looking for extreme results and this is an extreme six pack ab workout.
