A simple HRM watch with basic functions which is sufficient for my training and workout portfolio. What I like about this watch is that it has a clear display with crisp and precise information that you would need for your workout. The digits are large enough for you to notice at a glance. Also it has a calorie counter which is pretty useful to track your calories burned every workout. Another thing I discovered with HRM watches is that the its accompanying straps often emit strong enough frequencies that you could pick your heartbeat at any workout machines with a compatible receiver.
The main features are as below:

Continuous Heart Rate Monitoring
You can now do a test called the Personal Zone Finder to determine your own personalised zone limits for four intensities: Easy (Z1), Medium (Z2), Hard (Z3) and Very Hard (Z4).
The results of the test become your own four heart rate training zones. You can override the limits manually if you wish. An audible alarm, if turned on, will beep when your heart rate goes from one zone to the other.

Have been trying this product for the past 6 months or so. The cream or should I say gel has a transparent blue color and is similar to the hair gel that we got so used to. When you first use it, you would feel a burning sensation coming from your abdomen within 5 minutes or so. This is normal and you would get use to it in no time. It's as if you could feel your skin tightening at that instant. I guess that could be the caffeine or creatine taking its effect. However do not fret as you won't lose any sleep because of this.

I normally apply the gel after workout in the evenings just before I doze off and also early in the mornings before going to work. Gently rub the gel against your skin at the upper and lower ab areas not forgetting the obliques. Massage the gel at these areas for a few seconds for it to absorb and take its effect. Delay your dressing for 5 minutes until the gel has fully dried up. You don't want to lose any to your clothing as every ounce counts.

Based on my experience, this product really helps if you compliment it with your workout and watch your nutrition. For those who dislike abdominal exercises but still want a decent looking ab, you could try this as an alternative. Of course, you have to be discipline enough to use it daily for maximum effect and stick to your routine workout and nutrition. Enough said%u2026
