5x5 bench press routine for adding muscle mass to the chest

A great Bench press exercise for adding muscle FAST to the chest is 5x5 work out. The Work out: 5 sets of 5 reps. First start with a weight you can handle fairly easily for 5 reps Do 1 sets with this weight
no more than 5 reps even if you feel you can do more because this is just the warm up. Rest for about a minute and half between each sets.On the third set increase the weight to a level that you can should be able to do for about 6-7 reps ,once again only do five reps.next set slightly increase the weight so that you can barely get 5 reps.once again rest approx.a minute and a half do 1 more set of 5 reps.once again rest for a minute and half and do another set of five reps,at this point your muscles
should be pretty fatigued and your muscles should be pumped and burning.


On this last set give this all your muscles should fail at the fourth rep fight to get the weight up and just as you can not lift the weight and it starts to slowly come back down your spotter(ALWAYS HAVE A SPOTTER) they should help you push through the last rep and make sure the spotter knows to let you do most of the work,far to many spotter do not allow the lifter to fight to get the weight up,remember you need to reach that over load mark to stress your muscles so that it will need to adapt and build a bigger stronger muscle mass.

The spotter needs to let you (the lifter) do most of the work this forces your muscle to the point of beyond failure and cause trauma to the muscles(damage)so now your body during the recovery stage will respond by trying to adapt to the muscles being over loaded and grow back bigger and stronger.This is one of my favorite routines for adding muscle fast to the chest!

A powerlifting routine can be one of the most intense and demanding forms of weightlifting. Although it will consist of relatively few exercises,and is mainly for building power,more muscle mass will occur and will help you develope core strength that will help you build more muscle mass fast.

Power lifting is often confused with Olympic weightlifting,the training is different to achieve different results.

A powerlifting routine should be centered around core exercises and in particular, the bench, press, dead lifts and squats. Training frequency should be 3-5 days per week and splitting the routine into upper and lower body sessions allows for the most efficient work to recovery ratio. The most relevant training adaptation will be achieved with sets of 1-3 repetitions using loads of 93-100% 1-RM. Lighter sets and higher repetitions can be used to vary volume and intensity over the course of the program.

Sometimes it is a good idea to know what type of body type you are.There basically 3 types of general body types endomorph ectomorph, and mesomorph , now these are just generalizations. Endomorphs have a tendency to gain fat easily,and have a hard time losing weight.They gain weight around the midsection waste and thighs quickly. Mesomorphs are tend to gain muscle easily,but usaully can burn the fat off quickly also,most top bodybuilders fall into this catogory.
Ectomorph, Ectomorph are naturally skinny body type of the three different body types. Here is the basic biological structure of the muscle for those who like to know human biology. Skeletal muscles vary considerably in size, shape,strength, and arrangement of fibers. They can be extremely tiny strands such as the stapedium muscle of the middle ear to large masses such as the muscles of the thigh or back. Some skeletal muscles are broad in shape and some narrow. In some muscles the fibers are parallel to the long axis of the muscle, in some they converge to a narrow attachment, and in some they are oblique. Skeletal muscles have an abundant supply of blood vessels and nerves. This is directly related to the primary function of skeletal muscle, contraction.

1 Arm Clean and jerk 10 sets each side 15-20 reps rest for 30 to 60 seconds Military Presses 8 to 10 sets 15-20 reps

1 Arm Rows 10-15 reps8 to 10 sets with each arm.

Now there are exception,if you injured,or sick or your joints are extremely achey,please use common sense ans take a short break from training. Your is trying to let you know you need rest whwen you have these systems. AND IF YOU HAVE A FLU PLEASE DO EVERYONE IN THE GYM A FAVOR AND STAY HOME! The last thing we need is you starting a mini plgue at your gym just because you decide you cannot miss the workout. So if your clearly fatigued or sick and in need of rest why hit the gym ? After all,we know that the recovery phase is the ultimate "muscle builder" (the actual process of adding new muscle tissue occurs out of the gym on resting days) and that intense weight training is extremely demanding on the body as a whole%u2026

So why would you deliberately interfere with the very process that transforms your physique in the first place?There is a right time to be a hardcore lifter,use your comon sense.
