Have a Very Disney Christmas
Since I was little, it's just seemed that Disney and Christmas have always went together. It just seems natural. Like peanut butter and jelly.
This lens is dedicated to everything Disney Christmas. Enjoy!

Disney's Storybook Ornaments
Every year, Disney releases a new batch of Storybook Ornaments. These ornaments are themed after a particular movie or Disney property (such as The Muppets) and come in a faux book case for easy storage.Over the years, they've introduced a number of different Storybook Ornament sets including popular characters such as the Disney Princesses to newly acquired properties such as The Muppets. Each figurine is just the perfect shape for hanging on the tree and none are too heavy to make the limb bow.
They also make a fantastic gift for anyone who loves a particular film.
Satin Style Ornaments
I love the look of satin ornaments. While they don't give you the funhouse effect of being able to look at your oddly shaped reflection (much like that cartoon featuring Chip N Dale), they have a nice matte finish that lends itself well to embellishments on the ornament itself such as glitter or script.Disney's satin ornaments have the added benefit of a figuring sitting atop the ornament. Again, they're not too heavy so you usually don't have to worry about a bowed limb.
The Case for Dated Ornaments
Dated ornaments are great for years that you want to commemorate. Growing up, we bought a new dated ornament each year. Now, I still have those ornaments which indicate various years throughout my childhood. Looking back through them, I can sometimes even recall when they were first added to the tree. While any sort of ornament can commemorate a certain year, with the dated ornaments, you can at least pinpoint the year it was added and even coordinate it with that years photos in your memories.
Garden Statues: The No Fuss Decor
For those who have no desire to string lights, mess with timers or bother with hanging up decorations, garden statues are the perfect way to add some holiday spice to your yard. While the name "Garden Statue" might indicate that they're solely for use in the garden, garden statues can just as easily be placed around the front doorstep or even near a mailbox.
Of course, they don't have to be used just outside, either. You can place them near your Christmas tree or on a fireplace hearth. They're perhaps some of the easiest decor you can buy.
Boost Neighborhood Morale! Decorate Your Yard!
When I was a kid, there was this one guy in town who had such a spectacular yard decoration display that people used to drive all the way across town to see it. While I'm sure his neighbors hated the line of cars that came in to view the display, the kids loved it. Myself included. As the line of cars would come down the street, the owner of the home would stand outside and hand candy canes to the kids through the car window.
His yard was a mix of Disney characters and other popular character such as Garfield and E.T. As kids, we were mesmerized by the display. I'm sure there were a fair amount of adults who were mesmerized by it as well.
Now it's insanely easy to decorate your yard. With ready made standees and net lighting, there's no reason you can't have an awesome display as well.
