Advantages of Solar Energy

Imagine how our planet feels when you decide to use the many advantages of solar energy. The more people we can get to use solar energy the better our planet will feel, and the longer it will last. We are given huge amounts of energy each and every day, but very few of us choose to harness this energy and use it to our advantage. The cool thing this energy is100% free.

Our planets energy resources are being depleted at the fastest rates in the history of the planet. Today we use energy faster than we can make it, and eventually we are going to run out. But if we decide to use the energy from the sun, which is given to us every day, we will never run out of energy, as long as the sun is there. Now it won't be there forever, but we all know that it is not going anywhere in our lifetime, and will be there for several future generations of the human race to enjoy and harness it's free energy.

Taking the advantages of solar energy and using them to benefit ourselves really is two fold. The first thing that happens when you switch to solar energy is you will see a drastic reduce in you energy bill. But there are more advantages of solar energy than just saving money.

More advantages of solar energy are the fact that you are actually storing energy, so when your neighbor's electricity goes out from a storm, you will still have power. Because when your solar energy system get's to the point where it is creating more energy than your house can use it does one of two things, and that is up to you. It can either store the extra energy in solar energy batteries, for use later, which is highly recommended. The other thing it can do is "sell" the energy to power company. The cool thing is you can actually do both, you store enough energy in the batteries to get you through a power outage, and once the batteries are full, then it sells the extra energy to the utility company.

Once you start seeing how you are benefiting from the advantages of solar energy, you can share your new found knowledge with your neighbors and other members of your community and hopefully they will take to it, and install solar energy systems of their own.
