My name is Aelouros. Pronounced A-lou-ross. I am a 1 year old Black & White Tuxedo cat. My mommy was rescued and found to be 'a little bit pregnant' when taken in to be spayed. I am that little bit!

I live with two homosapiens and one canine in West Rogers Park, Chicago. That's a neighborhood of Chicago. Which is a city in Illinois. Which is in a country called the United States. These are things the homosapiens tell me.

I used to ignore the 'humans' as they like to be called, except when I needed them. And then only did I notice my humans. But then, I found Squidoo and began my search for THE WORLD'S GREATEST KITTY TOY!!!

It all began with a large basket of ignored cat toys. I have a few favorites, but there was not systematic way of determining what would and would not be a great kitty toy. So I needed a plan. And I was bored. I tried playing with everything in the house, and eventually got onto the internet.

I found Squidoo, where anyone and everyone can create a 'lens' that tells the world the way they see it. I figured that there would be other poor cat brothers and sisters out there who could use some of my research into the kitty-toy world. So I posted my first lens. Then I was hooked. I began to join groups, post replies, rate other lense.

I found myself learning about strange versions of the canine which are nothing like mine. I learned about cool things called blogs, and started a few of my own (see below), and then I met Skills.

Skills is a human who must have been a cat in his former life. Perhaps he was one of my ancestors, for we certinally think alike. If one is to do something, say catch a fly, one must do it all the way and catch ALL the flies.

Another example: If one is to nap, one must nap ALL DAY and not one of these crazy human 'cat naps' which are nothing more than a light blink and incorrectly named.

But not to be distracted. Skills threw down a gauntlet, which I picked up. We're now in a race to see who can create ONE MILLION (read with a Dr.Evil accent) Squidoo lenses or make $6,000 a month in residuals.

Of course, being a cat, for me it's not about the money. It's about the adoration. And creating a fan following. If I get on Oprah, I'll quit. But I think, by then, I'll have really won anyway. So Skills- you are on!
