The AeroGarden Indoor Garden Kit from AeroGrow is one of my all-time favorite gardening products! It is durable, easy to use, and makes indoor gardening a breeze!
I admit that I wasn't too sure I'd like the AeroGarden. I had tried out other indoor gardening kits and they were all junky, poorly constructed, or just didn't work. But this one really lived up to (and far surpassed) my expectations!
I decided to make a lens devoted to the AeroGarden because it is one of my favorite gardening products. In fact, it is one of my most beloved possessions in the world!
I also want so get the word out to as many people as possible about the benefits of using the AeroGarden to grow some of your own lettuce and tomatoes and herbs and such, because it is really so easy and it makes it very easy to add fresh, healthy salads and such to your diet all year long!

Benefits Of The AeroGarden
Here are some of the reasons why I love my Aerogarden so much:
1. It's so easy to use, my 5 year old cousin uses one by herself!
2. It's MUCH less messy that growing indoors in soil!
3. It only takes about 5 minutes of care per week.
4. I get great tasting produce all year.
5. It looks pretty anywhere in my house.
Drawbacks Of The AeroGarden
Yes, it's not all sunshine and roses. There are a few minor drawbacks that you should know before you purchase an AeroGarden.
1. You must use their seed pods to plant. You cannot just use regular packets of seeds. (The company is working on changing this, though!)
2. It is fairly expensive. The unit is about $150 and the seed kits are around $20 each. Still, it is a great deal considering you can grow great produce all year long. It will eventually pay for itself, especially with the price of fresh herbs being so crazy!
3. It's fairly small. This can be a good thing if you're low on space, but if you have a big family or eat A LOT of salads, one might not be enough.
