Aerosmith 38 years of rock n roll
In 1970, the first incarnation of Aerosmith formed when vocalist Steven Tyler met guitarist Joe Perry while working at a Sunapee, NH, ice cream parlor. Tyler, who originally was a drummer, and Perry decided to form a power trio with bassist Tom Hamilton. The group soon expanded to a quartet, adding a second guitarist called Ray Tabano; he was quickly replaced by Brad Whitford, a former member of Earth Inc. With the addition of drummer Joey Kramer, Tyler became the full-time lead singer by the end of year. Aerosmith relocated to Boston at the end of 1970.

Their style, rooted in blues-based hard rock, has come to also incorporate elements of pop, heavy metal, glam, and rhythm and blues, which has inspired many subsequent rock artists. The band was formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1970. Aerosmith is also one of my favorite bands and I love their album "Get A Grip"! But sad to say, in my own opinion, when they released "I don't wanna miss a thing", they slid down a little bit but it was still a hit for them! But over all, Aerosmith really rocks & Joe Perry is one of my favorites! Thanks for sharing this lens and here's something I would like to share to you, too! We can buy our own personalized Aerosmith checks online with pictures of the band! I got the idea when my brother ordered his own personalized Miniature Pinscher checks and KISS checks and I thought, "Maybe I can get my own Aerosmith checks, too..."
