Affiliate Marketing, How I Became A Successful Affiliate Marketer

Im sure most people reading this knows some things about affiliate marketing and how it works, but most people dont know whats going on behind the scenes and im not too sure you would like to know!

For starters one thing that nobody should do is find an affiliate marketing guide or training program and buy it. Yes dont buy it, until you know what that program is going to do for you.

Well how am i going to find that out you ask? Well there are reviews of most affiliate marketing programs all over the internet and they are so easy to find its not funny! All you need to do is go to a search engine punch in the name of the affiliate program with review following it and you will find hundreds and hundreds of information and reviews on that affiliate program.

Allot of affiliate marketing programs tell you that they will make you rich overnight, or make you a million dollars cash, they wont, simple. If you want to become a successful affiliate marketer you will have to work for it and it wont be easy it will be very time consuming and hard but well worth it in the end.

Making sure you get what you paid for can be quite hard personally i have never trusted what an affiliate program has told me, id rather join a forum and ask people about it rather then trust what the seller is telling me afterall the seller will do anything to try and get you to buy thier product.

Reserch is the word here. Get as much information on the product as possible! You wouldnt throw your own money down the drain would you, so dont go throwing your money at scams that claim they will make you rich overnight.

Forums are a good way to talk to people online and ask good questions that get answered by real people and in most cases will tell you the truth about what you want to know.

When i first started affiliate marketing i was finding it real tough and it seemed that everyone else was making money apart from me, how could this be?

1. I wasnt getting enough targeted traffic
2. I didnt even know what SEO was

Article writing is another way of getting free targeted traffic, the good thing about article writing is you can write as many articles as you want and submit them to as many article websites as you want!

SEO, Search Engine Optimization, can be hard and confusing. I wont explain it but ill tell you where you can learn it below :)
