If you are still debating on whether or not to get into affiliate marketing, then here are a few facts you may be interested in hearing.

The online marketing sector is blossoming - yes blossoming - with new and exciting businesses. Everyone is jumping online. Even businesses that have been successfully growing offline for years. They all want a piece.

But you don't have to be left out of this growing market. Nor do you have to establish a brand new product/business to become a part of the 'IT' crowd.

There are easier, much simpler ways to get a piece of the action. Namely, affiliate marketing.

In one niche you can benefit from:

* Not having to create a product of your own - it has all been done for you by the merchant you chose to represent.

* Virtually no overheads or costs - that is your merchant's job to handle. All you need to do as an affiliate is keep the traffic linking back to their main website.

* No shipping or inventory - same story as before. Once your surfer clicks through from your website to theirs, it will be their responsibility to complete the sale and send them the product. After all, it is their product, not yours.

* No credit card transactions - nope. None at all. You see the great thing about being an affiliate is that your job is to promote the product. To make surfers want to continue through. So whilst on the one hand you are selling them the product by tempting them to invest; if they choose to do so they need to go to the merchant's main website to get a hold of the product.

* No refunds or problematic customers - your merchant will handle all of this, leaving you free to continue on promoting their product.

Sounds simple? To an extent it is.

All you essentially have to do is create a website that will refer surfers back to the merchant's website, and from there they will take over.

Now before you state the obvious - what about all the other affiliate who are promoting them? We need to tell you the most exciting part about being an affiliate.

You see, whilst there will be other affiliates out there, each promoting your merchant, all of your conversions will remain safe. You will not lose out on any of your links or sales. Why? Because you will have been assigned a personal affiliate link that will track all links that come from your website to theirs. Meaning there will never be any confusion over who has sent what.

It is a win-win situation - for both of you! And the benefits will be astounding.

Let us put it into better perspective for you.

Compared to the average sales representative - which to an extent you are - you won't be travelling from door to door, hoping you make a hit on a sale. No. Your website and online sales strategy will be doing it all for you. Attracting only surfers who are genuinely interested in your product niche. Who are purposefully seeking you out, not the other way around.

Plus once it is all set up, you'll be able to sit back, wait and watch as the rewards keep on rolling in.
