American Idol's Jordin Sparks, a huge nature lover sings the title song "The World I Knew" on the African Cats Soundtrack written by One Republic's Ryan Tedder while Vega 4 sings the song "Life is Beautiful" featured in the African Cats movie trailers.
I wonder if stalwart voiceover guy Morgan Freeman was approached first to do the narration for African Cats or if Samuel L. Jackson was the producer's first pick so as not to confuse the Serengeti with Antartica? The warm and fuzzy Disney family nature documentary is in theaters now.
