  • Creamy French Dressing Replace the 1/4 cup of sugar here with 3 Tablespoons of Lemon Agasweet.

  • Curried Chicken Salad Combine the chicken bits in this recipe with 2 Tablespoons Almond Agasweet before mixing all ingredients together.

When replacing harmful sugars with healthy agave nectar in a recipe -

consider this: agave nectar is 1.4 times sweeter than sugar. Use only 1/2 to 2/3 of the sugar amount in the recipe. Agave nectar browns a little faster - turn down the baking temperature by about 25 percent. As agave nectar is a liquid sweetener, slightly reduce other liquids in your recipe. Follow these guidelines and turn any old sugar recipe into a new, healthier one - suitable even for diabetics!

Ah, I wonder if I can use some of my agave nectar on my hubby to sweeten him up? OK, I'm still stuck on that visual of you here in my living room, licking my chocolate sofa! I like to visualize things before they happen. Thanks for putting that idea into my head! ;)

Good morning my dearest -- as you know, I am a big fan of yours AND your agave nectar. I loved it so much, that I shared a couple of your bottles with my best friends at Christmas. We didn't get terribly creative with our recipes, but did try it in our coffee. Funny, I had put the vanilla one away and found it back out on the counter -- hubby really liked it! Kisses and hugs to you and your honey. Rock on!
