    Great lens! I like the variety of topics and the number of resources. I'm expecting a "leg up" when it comes to longevity since my parents lived to 90 and 85, and 3 of my 4 grandparents were well into their 80s. But I'm doing my part, too. Thanks for the tips!

    Some of it is healthy living, but I think genes and attitude also play a part - my aunts were very convivial, ate, drank, partied and smoked heavily, and lived until their nineties

    This makes me think of my grandfather. He is now 92 and he tells everyone his secret is that he walks to the railroad tracks (about a mile each way) every day.

    very nice ...5*... I think genes has a great deal to do with aging well, but eating healthy and exercise it so important...this country is killing us with fast foods, and we are allowing it.
