- Good read through this topic that is not so widely discussed. We are all growing older and in this stressful world, the aging process seems to be accelerated. It's becoming more evident that proper nutrition plays an critical role in keeping the immune system running in optimal shape.

I'm 74--have six stints in my heart--had my first heart attack at age 47---the last couple years I have been writing about the importance of good nutrition for good health. Several of my lenses are about food and health and my latest lens, Sex after 60 stresses the importance of hormones as well as good nutrition and exercise. Glad you came by.
