What is AGLOCO? It stands for A GLOBAL COMMUNITY.

Okay, so what? This company is going to compete with Yahoo, Google, and MSN for advertising dollars.

How will they do that? By serving advertisements on the bottom of millions of peoples' browsers all around the world. The ads will be similar to the ads you see on websites now, only they will in this case they will appear at the base of individual web browsers.

How exactly will they apper? People who become members will download a small piece of software called the Viewbar, which is a taskbar. That taskbar will serve the advertisements.

Alright, but why would anyone download a piece of software to look at more ads? Because AGLOCO is going to pay anyone who becomes a member money.

Okay, I'm confused. Can you just explain this whole thing to me in a quick nutshell? Sure. AGLOCO will compete against the online advertising companies by placing ads on millions of web browsers around the world. Advertisers will want to get their ads in front of all those people, so they will pay AGLOCO money to run ads. AGLOCO will take that money and pay all the millions of members the money, so they keep running the taskbar at the bottom of their browser. A bit of a perfect circle. Or triangle.

What's the catch? No catch. How much money do I have to pay? None. Ever. AGLOCO does not even have the ability to charge individuals money. They will only make money from large advertisers.

I bet I have to click on links? Nope. Unlike a Pay Per Click model, AGLOCO only asks that you keep the Viewbar running at the bottom of the member's browser. There needs to be zero interaction for the member to get paid. Advertisers are usually a confident bunch, they believe in their ability to get your attention.

I bet when I download the Viewbar, there is some sneaky adware or spyware? No, none at all. AGLOCO is not going to use any spying or vicious software. That would make the members unhappy. AGLOCO will not even use cookies, which nearly every internet company uses in this day and age to track their visitors. AGLOCO is 110% dedicated to having absolutely no malicious software used, downloaded or involved with any member's computer. The opposite is true. The only download is the Viewbar, which is a voluntary action.

Who started this company? Mostly rich smart guys, 15 in fact. Eight of them are graduates of Stanford. I might be interested.

Can you convince me? Sure. No risk to join, no money to join. Chances are good that you will make some money. You see tons of internet advertisements all day long anyway, why not see a few more.
