Made In America, By America Workers - HP, Compatible, Bio-Black, Bio Toner Enhances The Idea of a Green Office

If someone told you that there was a new product on the market that had been Made In America rather than in a foreign country and with a bio toner that was developed from soybeans, corn and cottonseed, rather than from petroleum, wouldn't you be interested in learning more about turning your office environment into a green office? If you were further informed that you would not have to sacrafice quality, or reliability, on it's performance within compatible, HP toner cartridges for your HP printer, wouldn't this be something you might want to share with your office manager or purchasing agent? Then, let me introduce you to Bio-Black toner.

AgriTone Brand - HP, Compatible, Bio-Black Toner

As part of an effort to create jobs in the USA and restore the economy, one of the major broadcasting networks recently challenged consumers to make the effort to purchase products that were "Made In America". Frankly, as one observer, I wasn't optimistic that anyone would take the challenge seriously. Afterall, how often is it that people really make the effort to accept change? For years, we've seen many US based companies trying to promote green initiatives and a green office environment. We know it is a good thing to go green. We know that going green supports new businesses that people have tried to start in your neighborhood, and in mine, but how many of us actually go green in any other way than sorting our recycled material for the trash collector? Have we, as Americans, lost faith in each other and just gotten use to the idea that products developed and manufactured in other countries are better than that offered in the US? My initial response to this question was that I thought we had lost faith, but the recent challenge to buy products made in america, and how many consumers actually responded, and took the challenge, was so overwhelming that I've changed my opinion. Maybe Americans really are becoming more conscientious. Maybe the time has really come to promote change and embrace it. Maybe the time has come to take buying american to heart and realize that every product we purchase is helping to save our job, our neighbors job, the world we know and the country we call home.

So, how does the average american start to integrate change into their everyday lifestyle? One might start by reading labels on the toys we buy for our kids, the food we eat, the electical and computer devices we purchase, or even the type of HP toner cartridges we put into our laser printer.

In support of those green initiatives referenced earlier, maybe it is time to to visualize just how many HP toner cartridges that are thrown into landfills each year. I am assuming that there are millions, upon millions, thrown out each year by people like you and me, but because the dump is not next to our house and a bull dozer can hide them under a mound, we don't really think about them. What do they say? "Out of sight, out of mind". Well, maybe we do need to think about them. Afterall, a plastic core is a plastic core, and many of those ink and toner cartridge cores can be refurbished and reused, hence we can divert millions, upon millions, of non biodegradable plastic cores from these landfills. If the plastic cores are being refurbished and reused, we are helping to create american jobs and if we are purchasing remanufactured, or compatible, products, we are helping to support the US economy, right?

Until recently, the only option one had when purchasing HP toner cartridges for their printer was to purchase one with toner almost entirely derived from petroleum. Add to this the fact that the plastic core is derived from petroleum, as are many of the components and, needless to say, a lot of oil goes into toner cartridges and I would estimate it to be hundreds of millions of gallons per year.

If we were to concentrate on reducing our reliance on petroleum, even if it were through something as simple as purchasing HP toner cartridges from american companies that reuse plastic cores, don't you think that this might affect the cost of oil? Going a step further, what do you think would happen to the cost of oil, if we purchased reused plastic toner cartridges with toner that was not derived from petroleum, but from US agricultural products such as soybeans, corn and cottonseed? The answer is that the cost of petroleum would most definetly stabalize because our demand for petroleum would not be as great.

AgriTone Brand, Bio-Black, Bio-Based, Eco Toner Cartridges are one such example of a toner cartridge that is not derived from petroleum and is compatible in quality, reliability and cost to a petroleum based cartridge. Although the bio toner is currently, only available, for the most popular HP network printers, no modifications need to be done to any HP printer to have the bio toner operate properly with page yields that are equal to that of the original equipment manufacturer.

Each AgriTone, replacement, bio-black, bio toner cartridge reuses a plastic core in its manufacturing process, encourages green initiatives, supports efforts for a green office, supports american jobs because the toner has been developed in the US, supports US agricultural initiatives and promotes the desire to buy products made in america, all the while helping to reduce our reliance on petroleum.

These bio toner cartridges are currently available in compatible hp toner cartridge models: HP 27x, HP 15a, HP 15x, HP 61x, HP 4200, HP 39a, HP 12a, HP 13x, HP 4250, HP 42x and HP q5945a.
