    Great lens ! I think you are right it's all about what we eat ! healthy foods like fruits, veggies,salads and herbs (without pesticides ) these build our good cells up and so this way of eating keeps our immune system working and we stay healthier less colds is what I noticed right away but eat too much food made in fast food places, made in factories , cereals,any 'food' in cans , frozen foods all bad but our #1 enemy is sugar!! no wonder we are a sick nation !!
