My natural doctor tells me my own immunity is bad he says most of us have this problem mostly because of Processed foods they don't have any vitamins so our human body becomes weak untill we die early giving up sugar , flour and eating more organic greens has helped me become stronger

I agree on your choice. I would add also that the greens have more life energy whereas, the processed foods are absent of life energy or "Qi". Adding life force to our life energy is very beneficial to longevity and general well-being.

I've heard that some of the mushrooms are good for immunity.

Yunzhi and Lingzhi are the 2 most beneficial mushrooms for HIV immunity and weakness. However, just to eat them alone would not be enough benefit. To optimize their effect, you need them in extract form and potentiated with other herbs to counter effects, direct their effect and enhance digestion processes. Including in your diet is good however, in formulation, it will have a more enhanced presentation.

HIV is not an effectively passed virus. On average, 0.67% of the time it's passed via a needle stick injury and 0.1%-0.3% if we are talking about anal or vaginal sex (the chances can increase with long time hosts). You would be doing yourself a favor by practicing preventative means, such as using condoms or virus screening. Skin and the immune system is capable of killing it for the most part, but once HIV completes its life cycle you have to compete with a virus that doesn't want to seen by your immune system. You cannot rely on boosting your immune system alone.

I completely agree with this and each HIV afflicted is different and deserves a customized response to bring them back to balance. Some may be feverish and require cooling in certain organs to remove hosting potential. Others may be severely cold and weak necessitating warmth and energy be directed to those organs for improving balance. Thanks for coming by.

Great lens ! I think you are right it's all about what we eat ! healthy foods like fruits, veggies, salads and herbs (without pesticides ) these build our good cells up and so this way of eating keeps our immune system working and we stay healthier less colds is what I noticed right away but eat too much food made in fast food places, made in factories , cereals, any 'food' in cans , frozen foods all bad but our #1 enemy is sugar!! no wonder we are a sick nation !! I love your list under 'Avoid Processed foods thank you for making this lens
