My inspiration
Simone Legno (Tokidoki artist)
I just want to take the time out here to mention one of my main inspirations, Italian artist , Simone Legno, the creator of tokidoki. I am a big fan, always have been. He has inspired me in the way i draw and even think, because he has made so many people happy through his art.I want to do the same. I want to one day reach his level of success or somewhere close to it, I want to make people smile when they see my artwork :). I thank Simone for getting me out of my artist block' as I like to call it. I am glad Iv'e started working on more stuff and sharing it with everyone.
So thank you again Simone, my favorite artist!

About Kawaii
What is kawaii and what does it mean?
This is just some information for people who do not know much about cute culture in Japan (kawaii)
Since the 1970s, cuteness, in Japanese , has become a prominent aspect of Japanese popular culture, entertainment, clothing, food, toys, personal appearance, behavior, and mannerisms.Diana Lee, "Inside Look at Japanese Cute Culture" (September 1, 2005). Foreign observers often find this cuteness intriguing, revolting or even childish because the Japanese employ it in a vast array of situations and demographics where, in other cultures, it would be considered incongruously juvenile or frivolous (for example, in government publications, public service warnings, office environments, military advertisements, and commercial airliners, among many others).

This is Ai Kiri's most popular mouse pad and probably the most popular character. A cute little chibi ninja. I have sold more of these than any other mouse pad at my store, and I hold this character close to my heart because it's the first thing I added and sold there :).
