Who doesn't love helicopters? Ever since my first helicopter ride I always liked helicopters. I also was very fond of R/C vehicles of all kinds. I remember growing up near a shop called the Hobby Box and they had all sorts of R/C cars, trucks, and motorcycles. They even had an indoor track where people signed up and competed to for a chance to win prizes.
One year my brother got an R/C dune buggie for Christmas and he was so happy he could hardly wait to pop in the batteries and take it through the dirt mounts outside. It wasn't the fastest or the best but it was his and he spent hours and hours each day pealing out the tires and wearing out the batteries.
R/C vehicles have come along way since then. When I was young there wasn't such a thing as a flying R/C flying helicopter that could fly inside of your house. There were R/C helicopters though, but they were easily a few thousand dollars each and they where big and weighed a lot. They were more intended for professionals, not children.

That's why I like these Air Hogs so much. They are very affordable, light-weight, and easy enough for a kid of 6 years of age could handle.

Thought you'd seen the smallest R/C helicopter? Think again. Now you can fly the Micro Havoc Heli, a mini chopper small enough to store inside its remote control! Using 2-channel infrared remote control, this indoor helicopter's lightweight foam-covered fuselage can help absorb the inevitable wall and ground impacts. It uses counter-rotating propellers to rise or descend with stability, while a tail rotor controls the turns and forward movement. Includes spare tail rotors. Includes spare tail rotors. Styles, colors and frequencies vary.
