What do I do if I have to cancel?
If your flight is cancelled or you have to rebook, we require a cancel notice of at least 24 hours in advance to offer you a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice but still allow us a 12 hour notice we will offer you a 50% rebate. If you cancel and do not allow us 12 hour notice there will be no refund to you.
I'm an International passenger, where do I find the driver?
We know it is complicated for our international passengers to get right through to the luggage carousel and on their way, for that reason we offer pick up outside of the exit doors at customs in the Gold Coast Airport. If you're flying into Brisbane we will meet you at the luggage carousel 30 minutes after the hour. The pick up time in Brisbane is due to their airtimes arriving on the hour.
How will I know who the driver is?
All of our drivers for airport transfers are uniformed; they all wear blue shirts with the company logo plain to see on the front. Not only will they be in their uniforms, but they will be holding a meeting board with your name clearly printed on it for easy identification. There is no need to worry when you feel lost, we are there to help.
