Thank you for this informative lens! As a California injury lawyer practicing in Newport Beach, California, I have often advised accident victims to avoid the other party's insurance company until they have spoken to a qualified personal injury attorney first. The insurance agent is looking for details about the accident that could jeopardize the accident claim--so speaking with that agent could prove detrimental to the case!
