The Top 10 Things You Should Know About The Akashic Records

1. The Akashic Records are a level of energy that contains all the accumulated knowledge of every thing that has mass or energy, including buildings, computers, antiques etc.

2.The law of conservation of energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be transformed from one state to another. So we, as living beings, are also energy. We just convert from one form of energy to another over time.

3. The Akashic Records contain the past, present and future of your soul. The information contained in one person's Akashic Record is at least as large as the Library of Congress. When someone opens your Akashic Record, you have access to this information. (http://tinyurl.com/y9owvtt)

4. The Akashic Records are not written in stone. You have choices and your choices will affect the records. Because they are of the energy of potential, they point toward the highest possibility.

5. You don't need to be in a life crisis to ask questions about your Akashic Records. The records can provide insights into your daily life and help you see options for your future that you might not have even realized were there.

6. Yes, you can access your Akashic Records yourself. No intervention from others is needed to access your own records and it isn't as hard as you might think.

7. The Akashic Records can help you understand how your past lives (if you had any) affect your present life and how you can change your life in the present by analyzing your past.

8. The Akshic Records can help you understand where some of your unconscious bad habits come from and how to change them into a positive force.

9. The Akashic Records are not a new phenomenon. There are mentions of the "Tablets of Destiny" or the "Book of Life" in the "Jewish Torah, the Old and New Testaments of the Christian Bible as well as in the Islamic Qur'an...As a global concept found throughout China, Japan, India, Egypt, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, the Book of Life is described as a record of a person's deeds and destiny." (Excerpt from The New Akashic Records by Cheryl Trine)

10. Will the Akashic Records only be able to help me with personal life issues? No. The Akashic Records can be accessed for any reason at all from making a business deal to redecorating your home to curing writers block. If you have a problem you should take advantage of the opportunity to gain insight into your situation and access your Akashic Records yourself or allow someone else to access them for you.

The New Akashic Records has turned out to be a book that I will be reading and re-reading for many years. It's written in a unique style dubbed "strands" by the author. These "strands" allow the reader to pick up the book and begin reading from any point in the book, instead of from the beginning of the book to the end.

I love being able to flip to whatever chapter calls to me at any given moment without feeling like I'm lost or missing something. The book is also written with a lot of science and history to substantiate the authors claims as well as to help explain certain concepts. As a science nerd, I found this approach very interesting. I love the comparison of quantum physics and the law of conservation of energy to the Akashic Records on page 16-17.

The most impressive aspect of this book is the sheer amount of research the author has done when writing the book, the Bibliography is staggering.

This is a book that you will keep as a reference tool and you will always find something new in it with the flip of a page.
