Martingale Collars - not JUST for Greyhounds anymore.
Give your dog a new collar for EVERY occasion
Visit Grey Wolf Dog Collars by clicking here

Martingale Dog collars are also known as Greyhound Collars or Humane Choke Dog Collar. The Martingale Dog Collar was designed for Sighthounds because their necks are larger than their heads and they can often slip out of buckle collars. These collars have gained popularity among many other breed owners in the recent past with many trainers now recommending them instead of choke chains or choke collars. These collars are fitted to the exact size of the dog's neck when the Dog Collar is pulled closed. Properly fitted, the collar will be comfortably loose when not in use.
We will custom make a Martingale Collar for YOUR dog. We have listed some of the fabrics we have, but ANY fabric you find online we will buy and make your collar with. Collars take 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered and we ship flat rate priority mail.
Sizes include:
1 inch width, 1.5 inch width, 2 inch width
Each width is available in the following neck sizes:
XSmall: 12-15 inch
Small: 14-18 inch
Medium: 17-24 inch
Large: 20-29 inch
XLarge: 30-38 inch
The standard collar comes with nickel (silver) hardware (d-rings and slides)
We can add colored hardware for an extra price. Colors available: blue, brown, red, green, orange, black, pink, purple, red, white, yellow.

Boxers
The Boxer is a stocky, medium-sized dog with a short back, strong limbs, and a short, tight-fitting coat. Boxers have short muzzles and their lower jaws extend past their upper ones. This gives them a strong bite, which was good when hunting. This short muzzle causes this breed to snore and drool, as well as have respiratory and sinus problems. His muscles appear smooth and well developed under his skin. They have a square head and docked tail. All Boxers used to have cropped ears also, but it is becoming more and more common for Boxers to have "natural" or uncropped ears. Boxers were developed to serve as guard, working, and companion dogs. The Boxer originated in Germany.
Boxers are bright, energetic and playful. They are usually very good with children. They can be cautious with strangers. They are active dogs and require adequate exercise to prevent boredom-associated behaviors such as chewing or digging.
Boxer colors are fawn and brindle, often with a white underbelly and white on the front or all four feet. Any boxer that is more than 1/3 white cannot be shown.
Fun facts about Boxers
- Boxers have an average lifespan of 10-12 years.- It is thought that Boxers got their name from their playful stance and "boxing" with their front paws.
- Boxers are the sixth most popular breed of dog in the United States according to AKC registrations.
- The Boxer was bred from the English Bulldog and the now extinct Bullenbeisser and is part of the Molosser group.
- The Boxer was one of the first breeds selected in Germany for police training.
- The first AKC registration of a Boxer was in 1904.
- Boxers once were courier dogs on the battlefields during World War I and World War II.

- I am the biggest boxer fan you will meet. I volunteered at the boxer rescue in my community for a few years and my dear sweet Abigail z"l (fancy brindle beauty) was one of the greatest loves of my life. (I had her for 9.5 years!)
Thanks for featuring this great breed!

4.Bake dog treats Bake your dog's favorite treats and then have a snack with your pooch pal.
5.Go on a Picnic Pack up a lunch for you and a lunch for your dog and head out to your local park, or dog park, and enjoy a picnic lunch together.
6.Take Pictures Take a whole bunch of pictures of your dog - dressed up, in the house, in the yard, on a walk. Then come home and scrapbook your recent pictures.
7.Paint a picture Get kid's finger paints and dip your dog's paws in the paint and then help them make their masterpiece on a large piece of paper. Hang up your new masterpiece.
8.Give your Dog a bath Might not sound like fun, but get in your bathing suit and head outside with the hose and have a great time in the water. You can turn it into a spa day for your dog too.
9.Swim Take your dog out to the local beach or lake that allows dogs to swim and get out there and swim with your dog.
10.Visit Nursing Homes Visit a nursing home or orphanage, etc. These places might not get alot of visitors and the dog is a good distraction for people. Plus it makes you feel better because you are helping someone smile.

Thanksgiving and Boxers
Being thankful for our canine friends, should include knowing how to keep them healthy and safe over the holidays.
Visit our lens: Thanksgiving, Safety, and Your Dog to learn how to deal with Pancreatitis, Chocolate Toxicity, Bloat and Turkey Bone Ingestion.
The first American Thanksgiving was celebrated in 1621, to commemorate the harvest reaped by the Plymouth Colony. The colonists celebrated it as a traditional English harvest feast, to which they invited the local Wampanoag Indians.
George Washington was the first president to declare the holiday, in 1789.
We all should have MANY things to be thankful for: family, friends, health and BOXERS!! See our fun Thanksgiving Boxer designs, and let someone know how thankful you are for them AND Boxers.
