Martingale Dog collars are also known as Greyhound Collars or Humane Choke Dog Collar. The Martingale Dog Collar was designed for Sighthounds because their necks are larger than their heads and they can often slip out of buckle collars. These collars have gained popularity among many other breed owners in the recent past with many trainers now recommending them instead of choke chains or choke collars. These collars are fitted to the exact size of the dog's neck when the Dog Collar is pulled closed. Properly fitted, the collar will be comfortably loose when not in use.

We will custom make a Martingale Collar for YOUR dog. We have listed some of the fabrics we have, but ANY fabric you find online we will buy and make your collar with. Collars take 2 - 4 weeks to be delivered and we ship flat rate priority mail.

Sizes include:

1 inch width, 1.5 inch width, 2 inch width

Each width is available in the following neck sizes:

XSmall: 12-15 inch
Small: 14-18 inch
Medium: 17-24 inch
Large: 20-29 inch
XLarge: 30-38 inch

The standard collar comes with nickel (silver) hardware (d-rings and slides)

We can add colored hardware for an extra price. Colors available: blue, brown, red, green, orange, black, pink, purple, red, white, yellow.

A pomeranian may be a solid color, or a mixture of colors. Here is a list of some of the colors and their "definition".

Chocolate : medium brown

Beaver: mix of white, grey, brown and black

Cream: light to medium yellow

Sable: black tipped hairs on a background
color of silver, gold, gray or brown

Red: reddish orange

Brindle: base color of gold, red or orange -
with strong black cross stripes

Blue: blue is a diluted black color

Parti-color: white with any other color patches

- Average weight is from 3 to 7 pounds

- Queen Victoria fell in love with a Pomeranian in Florence, Italy, and brought the specimen back to England, influencing its popularity dramatically. In fact, a Pomeranian lay beside the Queen at her death.

- The breed takes its name from the historical region of Pomerania that makes up the southern coast of the Baltic sea.

- Part of the AKC Toy Group.

- Not aware of their diminutive size. Their
inquisitive or protective nature might start an altercation with another canine.

Breed-specific legislation (BSL), is any law, ordinance or policy which pertains to a specific dog breed or breeds, but does not affect any others. The term is most commonly used to refer to legal restrictions or prohibitions on the breeding and ownership of certain breeds.

BSL judges a dog by appearance, not by temperament. What ever happened to the old saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover?"
