1/ first i have to say this is the first i have seen but they pay you $5 to refer members to join

2/like paypal they have three accounts
personal: it is free to accept payments and to send so no wasting money
bussiness: Low transaction fees of 2.5% + 0.25 per transaction

3/ sadly it is not widly accepted like paypal

1/ paypal also has about the same account types but instead of a 2.5% + 0.25 per transaction it is i believe it was a 3.4% but not sure at this time.

2/ yes it is true that paypal is with ebay an you can't pay for items on ebay with alertpay

3/ paypal is accepted in more places

4/ if you refer merchants then you can earn up to $1000 depending on how much they earn so thats up to U.S$1000

i guess it doesn't matter who you really want to go with. but i just wanted to give you guys a little info on these rivals. i personal have a paypal account but at the end its really up to you
