Many people spend 8 hours a day sitting behind a computer. Yet we never take into consideration how we are sitting and what it does to our bodies.

What is your posture when working on a computer?

Browsing the archives of Flickr gives you a good sense of how people forget themselves while they are working on a task, especially on a computer. In addition, laptop computers seem to be designed so that you cannot sit up properly and relaxed while working on them.
