I have always aimed to get that perfect capture of a moment. Digital cameras and online development have made it easier for me to pursue photography with more passion. Now don't think that I think every picture I click is a fine art photo! Out of 100 photos taken in the Blue Ridge mountains only 3 were worthy of being listed in my photography series!

I also love to photograph our cats and to take the camera out on hikes - you never know what you can capture.

Funny story
Along those lines - we were hiking out by the Cascade Falls in Franconia Notch State Park. It was early Spring so much of the falls was rock, just enough water but not too much, and the trees were budding green - gorgeous. I was taking pictures up the falls from various out croppings as we climbed up. When we got home I developed an 8x10 that I wanted to hang in our home. But the large print had something I didn't notice on the computer screen - something blue on one of the rocks. Got back on the computer and zoomed in - it was a couple we kept running into when we were there, both wearing and making out on the rocks at the top of the falls! lol right in my shot!!
