  • ANNUAL COMMUNITY EVENTS ~ The City co-sponsors several events such as:
    - Egg Hunt at Grand Park
    - July 4th Fair & Fireworks at Grand Park
    - Summer Series "Concerts in the Park" at Grand Park
    - Harvest Festival & Costume Parade at Acorn Park
    - Santa's Arrival & Tree Lighting Ceremony

  • GOLF ~ The Aliso Viejo Golf Club is a Jack-Nichlaus-designed golf course located at Aliso Viejo Parkway & Cedarbrook. The City's annual golf tournament, called the "Aliso Viejo Community Cup" will be held on May 19, 2006. The event is a community collaborative project dedicated to raising funds for the Aliso Viejo Family Resource Center, the Aliso Viejo Community Foundation's Historical Committee, and the Aliso Viejo Kiwanis. Each year the Perpetual Trophy is awarded to the team with the lowest score. For more information on this event or to sign up as a sponsor or volunteer, please email: hwilson@cityofalisoviejo.com.

  • FOR PETS ~ Aliso Viejo does not have a dog park yet, but there are 3 in adjacent cities. Dog Parks located in neighboring cities are:
    - Laguna Niguel on Golden Lantern adjacent to the fire station between Marina Hills Dr. and Bear Brand.
    - Laguna Beach on Laguna Canyon Road adjacent to the nursery.
    - Laguna Woods on Ridge Route Drive, between Moulton Parkway and Avenida de La Carlota.
  • POOLS ~ There are a total of 17,929 units in Aliso Viejo (whether homes, apartments, condos). Of that number, 12,751 units have access to a pool. In addition, all school districts serving the City have swimming pools available for public use.

Altisse features 5 different styles of attached homes, from 2 bedrooms to 3, and up to 1700+ square feet. This neighborhood is different from all others in Aliso because of it's fantastic location and open feel, with beautiful landscaping throughout.
