What can I say.He was a great player and even though Im from Jersey ,I'll die a tiger fan because of what Al kaline did for the game and baseball and living in Passaic ,nj a factory working city like in detroit, people like in detroit love thier baseball and al Kaline was the working mans choice to watch even in Jersey.HE made the tigers great.Al you are a man of the working class and I'll always remember watching you in the 60's and 70's growing up.It was exciting to see you play and the players on detroit today are exciting and I SEE the hunger in thier eyes to get back to the series. All I have to say is God bless you and the Tigers and thanks for the memories and more to come.Ronnie.D Scottsdale,AZ..................
