All Things Organized

Are you organized or a mess?

I find that whether I'm working, crafting, doing homework, cooking, or just getting dressed, these tasks are much easier if I can find what I'm looking for.

"Everything in it's place..." These words were spoken for a reason. If something is always where it should be, and then one day it's not, you'll know it's missing! If you tend to put or toss things where ever, how will you know?

So here are some great products with many uses to help you always find what you're looking for. As you look at these various items, think of other ways to use them.

Office Organizers

These are great for your professional office, your home office, or your kid's desk!

Home Office Organizers

There are many ways to organize your home office. Need some light? Got a lot of little things? Want it to look pretty? The point is to get it all at your fingertips. Make it functional!

Drawer Organizers

Gotta have clean drawers!

Actually, you can totally organize your drawers for free! Simply use empty gift boxes, boxes that you get when you order checks (these are my favorite), plastic deli meat containers, half the bottom of egg cartons for little stuff, short bowls, ash trays, old flat jewelry boxes, etc. Get creative!

Arts & Crafts Organizers

When you sit down to make something, you don't want to interrupt the creative flow by getting up and down to find what you need. Keep your supplies all together and compact enough to pull out of a drawer, cabinet, or closet. That way, you can work on the kitchen table, the coffee table, your desk, or even on some counter space. When you're done, it all goes away!

These are great organizers that can have many different uses other than just crafts!

Kitchen Organizers

Lazy Susans are my favorite! You can use these versitile organizers for the kitchen, bathroom counter, under the sink, on the desk top, in cabinets, on shelves, or anywhere else you can think of! My other favorite is the under-the-shelf basket. How much wasted space is there above the regular stuff in the cupboards?

Closet Organizers

More versitile organizers that can have many different uses!

Kid Stuff Organizers

I don't have any kids, but I would have loved to have these items when I WAS a kid!

Make-up Organizers

When your make-up is organized it looks fresher, cleaner, and you feel more like using it. If it's all just thrown in a drawer...yuk! The first two items here are actually office organizers, but trust me, they make wonderful make-up caddies! If you must use a drawer for your make-up, at least use an organizing tray. Not only will it look better, you'll be able to see what you're running low on. The last two items are specifically for bath items and make-up, but I'll bet by now you can think of a couple of other uses, eh?

Jewelry Organizers

I must confess I need to do something better with my jewelry! It's in about 20 different boxes all over the place! When I want something specific, I have to look in every box and It drives me nuts! Sometimes I even find something I forgot I had that would have been perfect with the outfit I wore the other day. I'm ashamed of myself! It needs to be all together in one place so I can see it all in 5 seconds instead of half an hour! I'm thinking about the Little Black Dress organizer. It looks big enough to get ALL my jewelry in and a good way to keep matching sets together. It would sure be worth a try for $20.00!

Love this -- I'm so excited to finally be moving into a new place that has a ton of storage space! My organizational efforts have had to be rather...uh, creative...since my current apartment has no drawers and only one closet.

    Thanks for the great ideas!

I'm overly organized and my husband is overly messy. Not a good combo! I try to make it as easy as possible on him though, and he seems to be adjusting well ;)

I love organization. I'm lacking time, I think. I spend my whole life running, and there's little time to get it all put away.
