Before start any treatment for depression, make completely sure that you indeed are suffering from this problem. How can you be sure? You can look out for some common symptoms and warning signs.

anxious thoughts,
feeling lonely,
feeling sad without any reason,
feeling tired easily,
difficulty in sleeping,
