Welcome to the Askew All Star Choir Information Page
I'm putting this page together so that parents and choir members will have a place to look for choir information. Hopefully, this will be more efficient than sending home flyers with the students. Choir Information
I will put bullets of information in this section. Hopefully this will answer many of your questions!!
- Meeting Dates and times: We meet on Tuesday afternoons right after school until 4:30. We will NOT meet the Tuesday before Thanksgiving Break.
- Choir Shirts: This kids will be measured this week for their choir shirts. They will be ordered soon after I get everyone's measurements.
- Volunteer Opportunities: I could use some help near dismissal time on choir days. We have about 75 kids--that's alot of kids to manage at one time. I will also need help on the days of our performances. Please let me know if you are available.
- Choir Uniform: Students must wear navy blue slacks or skirts with choir shirts tucked in. Dark colored plain blue jeans are acceptable. If the slacks have belt loops, please wear a belt. Also, I would prefer that girls not be wearing any make-up or glitter in their hair.

Choir Performance Dates
Here are the dates for our upcoming performances. Students are expected to attend all performances. If they must be absent, please inform me ahead of time.
- We did a GREAT job at both Wonderland in Westchase and Memorial Oaks! If anyone has photos, please e-mail them to me and I can post them for all to see.
Thursday, May 12th: Save the date for our concert here on campus. It will be in the early evening. - Memorial Oaks Guest Home: Tuesday, December 16th 3:30. Right after school we will walk (weather permitting) down to Memorial Oaks on Sandy Springs. We will be back in time for normal pick-up. I will need several parent volunteers. Permission slips will be required.

- This magazine is where I get many of our choir songs, as well as other music that we sing in our general music classes. You can search for songs that we are singing or we have performed in the past. Once you search for a song, it will give you a link to listen to the selection.
