Free Movies for everyone

I'm sure you've seen the same ad for a movie download site that I have seen. It seems everywhere you turn people are trying to get you to sign up to this movie download service, when in fact all it is is a gigantic scam. There's even a guy on Squidoo trying to get you to sign up for it.

Tip: If someone doesn't have a guestbook or reader feedback module on his page could it be because he doesn't want anyone to write the truth about whatever he's promoting?

If anyone wants money from you for something that shouldn't cost a single penny - and let's face it Limewire is free - tell them to get lost. I am not going to get into the ethics involved with copyright issues etc. but will tell you that I for one do not, and will not use Peer-to Peer because I'm too scared of what it will do to my computer.

Anyway, the stuff I'm interested in is for the most part so old that the copyright has probably expired already.

The Movieplex Forum. is driven by members who find movies (me less so than others because I suck at finding movies!) on the internet on legitimate sites such as Veoh, Stagevu, Supernovatube, YouTube and so on. These links then get posted for you and I to enjoy.

You get to watch the movie you like for free, and mostly in really good quality too.

This is a great service by a great community of guys and gals who trawl through these sites and find cool movies for the likes of you and me to watch - for free!

Yup, that's right! No-one expects you to pay in order to join the Movieplex Forum. No ads on the site to annoy you either. Can't say the same for Veoh, but hey, videohosting is expensive and I don't mind watching a 30 second commercial to see a 2 hour movie for free.

Also, no-one expects you to find a movie and post it for others. It's great if you can because that helps all of us, but if you can't then that's okay. The least you can do is thank the people who take the time to find the links for you to watch, and add to their reputation.

I've noticed lots of people are worried that Supernovatube is a scam site, probably due to some Zango issues they've experienced.

What I've gleaned from the experts at Movieplex Forum is that Supernovatube is fine...as long as you don't download the VLC player software from them.This seems to be the cause of all the Zango related discontent, and the reason that the site is getting a bad name.

Personally, I found Supernovatube quite good as the movies buffer quickly and once buffered I can disconnect from the internet and watch at my leisure. I don't bother watching the movie while I'm on the site as I find the smal screensize annoying. Much better to find the temp file in Opera, rename and move it to my movie folder and then use VLC Player to watch it fullscreen. Usually good quality too.

Just make sure to download the VLC Player from a reputable site, such as www.Majorgeeks.com, where you know it will be clean.

So now that I've told you about The Movieplex Forum., don't you think it's about time you went over there and had a look?

You'll find all sorts of movies and TV shows all the way from the latest releases to stuff like Snow White and the Seven Dwarves from the late 1930s. It even has a link to an old Walt Disney cartoon called "Coal Black and de Sebben Dwarves" - a valuable look back into time, and how (thankfully) we've changed our thinking.

The layout is really simple and helpful so you can quickly and easily find whatever you fancy, and if your favourite movie isn't there, then scooch on over to the Request section and ask nicely if someone can find you a copy to watch. Trust me, if it's somewhere out there in cyberspace, someone will find it for you.

The other nice thing is that adult themed films are not allowed. It's refreshing to find a place somewhere on the internet that isn't cluttered up with risque films, and frankly I think the site is a lot better without that sort of thing.
