My Pleasure in Happy Customers
I would like to share with you the pleasure I have from knowing that my customers are happy,and enjoying the various music cds and DVDs that they purchase from my online business both on Ebay and my online shop allnewcdclickdvd.co.uk
Communication I think is the key to this
Friendly emails from the first enquiry,through to the purchase,payment and despatch and delivery,and hopefully positive feedback
And on the Occasional Inevitable Mishap
Thankfully rare occasions but it will happen to us all!
Courtesy,Promptness with Friendliness to deal with the problem,is Essential in helping to put things back as they should be!
I have had some wonderful personal messages and emails from happy customers.One talented and artistic, italian lady,delighted with her country cds,sent me the most beautiful thank you messages complete with angels!When an email like this arrives in your messages it really brightens the day.
Sometimes folk living in isolated places,or older and living alone,the net can become their lifeline to the world community and independance,something many take for granted when fit and healthy but is everyones right,no matter what life may throw at you.
Thank you for reading this far.The world has many lovely and interesting people in it,but sadly we don't often hear about them
