One of the books that I have read is The Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama. It was a long time ago but what was in the book made a lot of sense. His humility also shined through in the book. Perhaps the character of all the Buddhish lamas and their common sense approach to life's problems are what make more and more Westeners increasingly interested in this religion.

Great lens, but you knew that :) Just wanted to remind you that this is featured on Buddha and Buddhism Headquarters
    http://www.squidoo.com/groups/buddha

It's now transformed into a lensography and I would love it if you could show your appreciation by featuring it here, or lensrolling it or something.

Wonderful presentation of the appeal of Buddism. I utilize meditation and sound therapy myself. Of course it is worth way more than 5 stars. Hope you will also stop by to visit my new lens about emotional healing. Sincerely: Gary Eby, author and therapist.

Let me first say what an uplifting page, beautifully put together. Currently I am reading "The Tibetan book of the Living and Dying" by Sogyal Rinpoche, I have always been interested in the beliefs but reading things like this certainly open your mind and explore our depths. I am so pleased for finding your lens. Will join your fan club. 5*
