The Walk to Emmaus is a 72 hour spiritual experience that is intended to help people become closer to Jesus on a personal level and help develop leaders for the local churches. The purpose of this web site is to provide a place to access information about the Emmaus program, and links to "All Things Emmaus".

- My Emmaus/Chrysalis Fourth Day
- Fourth Day is the time representation the end of the three day pilgrim experience from Emmaus or Chrysalis. It is a commencement, of sorts; the beginning of a new life, after spending three days working on your relationship with the Lord.

Agape Gifts
Agape is the unconditional love that God shows us every day; no matter what we do, He still Loves us COMPLETELY. During the Emmaus and Chrysalis weekends, "agape" gifts made by the members of the local community are given to the "Pilgrims" and "Butterflies" on their walk/flight, as a sign of the love of the entire community for each participant. GREAT CHRISTIAN CLOTHING!

- Interesting lens, I never heard of "All Things Emmaus" but then I think anything that will bring you closer to Christ is good.

Prayers
"Please pray for me. I ..."; "Please pray for my ..." "Holy Father, I pray ..."; "Hi, Lord. It's me. Got a minute?"
Prayer is perhaps the most powerful tool we have to survive...it's the only way we have to communicate with God. Prayer doesn't have to be "formal", it doesn't have to be "on your knees", and it doesn't even have to be in Church. It doesn't even have to "sound" like you've heard others pray. Prayer is YOU talking with GOD. And if Jesus happens to be your best friend, why not talk to Jesus like you would a best friend?
One great thing about prayer is that prayers of the multitudes increase our heavenly communications many times over. By writing your prayer in public, you are not only talking to God but writing a note at the same time. AND, others will pray for you on your behalf.

- Please pray for me and my family... we are going through a very hard transitioning time over the birth of my 6 month old son. My fiance and I live with my parents as we both lost our jobs just shortly before getting pregnant.My mother & father are very conservative people who do not "agree" with the situation, because of this they have taken their frustrations out on my partner which has caused more problems than I am sure I am even aware of. I feel helpless because I love each of them unmeasurably... but the tension has gotten to be so bad that I am not even enjoying the beautiful gift of my son... Please send prayers... I don't know what else to ask for... hope seems fleeting.
