How we get the weight?
Reasons leading to overweight

I am not specialist in this area, as probably many of you. However, when you are facing overweight and problems it brings, you are trying to search some information to solve that. First solution that will come up to your mind is to take a visit to your doctor. By time, you will get suspicious about your doctor - is he really treats you or just looks into your wallet to pump out more cash. That day you will feel yourself alone, without a proper care.

So, the overweight generally is caused by the lifestyle we are living:
1. eating habbits,
2. no or little sport,
3. mostof the time we are sitting.
