Alpesh B. Patel is one of the most well known UK finance and investment experts and one of the most prolific finance authors. He has written 9 bestselling books on investment and financial trading and is a regular columnist for the Financial Times as well as appearing regularly on various financial television programmes such as Bloomberg and the BBC.

Alpesh Patel read PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) at St. Anne's College, Oxford and Law at King's College , London University, was a Visiting Fellow in Business and Industry, Corpus Christi College, Oxford University and sits on the Council of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) He is also on the Board of the Indo-British Partnership and is a Governor of Luton University.
