This is My "Product Review" for Alpha Renew Hair Vitamins with Biotin

For the last several years, I had watched my hair thin out. I couldn't really explain it. I was a healthy, active woman; I didn't have health related issues, I wasn't necessarily stressed out, and for the most part, I was in good shape and ate well.

But my hair was totally thinning, which alarmed me. Not only do I love my hair, but I spend a lot of time in the so called "fashion world" where I often depend on styling my hair and experimenting with various colors.

Now, I must admit that my hair was pretty damaged from the all the treatments, coloring, heat applications, and chemicals I put on it over the years. There was no suprised that it was damaged - but to have it falling it out was another story! Anyway, it was pretty, pretty bad! So, I decided that I needed to take steps to fix my hair.

I was pretty desperate to save my hair, so I decided that I would no longer dye it or apply any chemical treatments to it. Or course, I wouldn't perm it or iron it with any curling irons.

I also decided that I wouldn't blow dry either, which I used to do everyday! My hair was dry and had so many split ends. I would treat it with oil and other products, but I felt that I had to keep using the products or else it would go right back to being the same. I also wanted to try some special vitamins. About three weeks went by when I first noticed was that I wasn't losing that much hair strand, especially during the shower or as when I was brushing our my hair (oh yes, and I must say I changed my older brush with worn bristles to a wider tooth comb)!

After a good five weeks, I really began to see a notice in my hair growth, very little shedding or hair in the shower, no more fly away hair. I also began to see and feel real difference in my hair growth rate, no hair in the tub, and stronger hair on my head! My hair really did grow out pretty fast and my hair completely stopped falling out, which I was totally happy about.

Alpha Renew really made the difference for me and my hair! I would certainly recommend it for anyone. I had to email the company and tell them my story. Seriously, if you have any doubts about trying hair supplements, you have to try Alpha Renew! I am one sold customer!
