Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning "union" (occurring between mind, body and spirit). Ok, now what about alternative Yoga definitions other than traditional definitions?

Is meant to meet each individual exactly where he or she is. 

Yoga is about becoming a human being. It is a science of the self-knowledge that is born of the human being's eternal desire to transcend the ordinary conditions of its existence.
