So many health problems can be corrected by changing ones lifestyle choices. Being in the alternative health field, I see people reverse all sorts of problems with only giving the body what it needs to heal itself.
Great topic, we need more of this information.

Great lens,with a ton of information. Being healthy starts with eating the right foods. Otherwise it's garbage in -garbage out. Most processed foods contain toxic substances and we can discover what they are by Reading Food Labels
