Please, please please cut your hair! Several of my friends have talked to me about your new hairstyle in the Welches commercials, and we all think it's time for a serious haircut. One of my friends even blogged about you. It was about your brined turkey recipe and your hair. We really love your hair on the shorter side! And, apparently your turkey is delicious or Marcy would not have blogged about it. (Your hair on the other hand, not so yummy.) If you want to see what she had to say, check it out. http://cookingrut.blogspot.com/

I thought Bill Nye was great - until I saw Good Eats. It's as funny and educational, but with food! Nice lens!

On the tonights showing of Iron Chef with "Beer" used by the chefs; your pronounciation of "Brat" sounding like a brat-like mischievous child is wrong and insulting to the largest makers/consumers of Brats. The "a" is to ronounced as an "ahhh" sound vs. a "at" sound. I am very disappointed that someone in the public eye of your caliber would make this mistake. Bobby Flay pronounced it correctly in his dish; why can't you? Wisconsin Bratwurst Fan.

Dear Alton Brown,
Have you ever had a drink called Homemade Apple Pie made with 100% Grain Alcohol?
RECIPE-
1 Gal Apple Cider
1 Gal Apple Juice
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
8 Cinnamon sticks
1 Tblspn Almond Extract (crust)
Simmer all for 30 mins, let cool. Add 1/5 Grain Alcohol of choice. Enjoy Carefully, this drink is extremely sneaky!
P.S. We have found that if you let this drink sit in corked glass jars for even 1 month it mellows and gets even better, with the best being about 3 months old. If you can keep it that long lol.
Thank you for reading this,
