This lens is going to briefly describe what I am interested in when it comes to gaming systems and some of the items I am selling online. I review a lot of the old games and new games so I will give my opinion on them. I tend to be partial to the "oldies but goodies." This is my first lens so please bear with me... :) I would like to talk about my PS3... This was the first console I received in 2007 as a Christmas present from my girlfriend and it was an amazing product! It happened to be around the time I went on my "LCD purchase adventure." It took me 3 weeks to find the right 46 inch Sony Bravia LCD to go with my PS3 console... Boy was I happy!!!! The graphics were amazing and the gaming experience was phenomenal!!! The following year I got heavily into eBaying, mainly purchasing video games, and I purchased an Xbox 360 Elite (COD MW2 Edition) and I have been extremely happy with my Xbox. I miss the blu-ray technology, but Xbox seems to offer more for what I need... So now I'm selling my PS3 if you read below, you'll be able take part in the action and bid on my console and more in the future....

    I agree...Blu-ray is AWESOME!!! The way the blu-ray brings every detail to life is amazing..it's not like you are watching a movie, it's like you are IN the movie!

    Yep, classics like: Military Madness on Turbo Grafix, Super Mario Bros on Super Nintendo, Baseball on Intellivision, Dragon Warrior on Nintendo or Zelda, The list goes on.... Thanks for feedback!!!

What I like about this console... A closer look.

PS3 consoleAs I mentioned yesterday, when I made my first attempt on Squidoo, I love the PS3!!! I really love the blu-ray drive in the console because I can watch all of my favorite blu-ray movies. The blu-ray technology truly enhances your movie watching experience. Since a blu-ray dvd can store so much data, it allows the movie companies to deliver greater HD graphics and superior sound! And the buck doesn't stop there... The Gaming Industry is even more intense! Every game, nowadays, has movie clips in it with actors playing the scenes in the game. Of course, they are using green screens and all kinds of special graphics with CGI effects. That just shows how far we've come up until now... Back to the PS3, I also love the fact that you can stream media, if you are connected to a Media Server on your network. This allows you to stream downloaded movies on your computer through your PS3. Xbox also does this. All three major console (PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii) can also stream movies on demand from Netflix and Hulu, just to name a couple. I love watching new TV Shows on Hulu.com The PS3 also comes with plenty of storage to save all your favorites for later viewing. Overall, the blu-ray technology just adds to the already exciting Playstation experience. Tomorrow I will be talking about my Xbox 360...

    Let me start by saying I NEVER had an interest to see Transformers...I am a "girly girl" and Transformers are for boys...this all changed when my boyfriend dragged me to the movies to see it! Now? I love Optimus Prime! I totally recommend EVERYONE see Transformers, girls and guys alike! :)

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

I like so many things about my Xbox! I like the fact that I can keep in touch with my friends and family on Xbox Live, by way of a headphone or the messaging system. It's really fun communicating during a game like Call of Duty MW2, except sometimes people get over the top with their language. If that happens, you can always mute them and continue talking to your other friends. You can also change your online status to away, that way no one bothers you. :) The online gaming community is tremendous and nowadays many games have a multiplayer feature, allowing to play against player or with them.

You can also watch movies on demand with Netflix and TV shows with Hulu... You just need to register your device online before you can watch any videos.
The Xbox can also connect to a media server, just like the PS3, which I mentioned yesterday in my PS3 Module...
I think the Xbox has the smoothest platform for streaming media and the Xbox Live Community is so tremendous, only thing I don't like are the charges for Xbox Live.

    Xbox is great! While I enjoy the bluray of the PS3, there are many things I enjoy about the xbox. For starters, I feel that xbox is more user-friendly. The ability to use the headset and talk to others is awesome! I like to play Final Fantasy XI and being able to communicate with the headset is more efficient than having to type. For example: instead of having to type "watch out! there's a monster behind you about to attack!" I can yell it and the other person lives! : ) Netflix is great to stream through xbox. Also, it's very cool to be able to search different games and download trials so you can try it before you buy it, I highly recommend "Crystal Defenders"!
